Tragic characters are a mix of both good and evil. For most people, the name Romeo brings to mind thoughts of young love. Romeo, however, is more than a lover. Discuss how Romeo is a mixture of desirable and undesirable qualities.

  1. Romeo is kind of obsessed over Rosaline and, later on, Juliet. He was depressed when Rosaline dumped him. A good thing is that he is loyal in a relationship

  2. It's much better to love than hate, but Romeo took that to an extreme. He had his feelings on his shoulder so when things bad like with Rosaline happened, he got extremely depressed. And he somehow, from being so in love with Rosaline, fell instantly in love with Juliet.
    At least he's faithful in a relationship and doesn't hide his feelings.

  7. Romeo is very obsessed with Rosealine and he falls in Love way to easy....and after Rosealine dumped him I think that he was very hurt but then he moved on after he seen Juliet.

  8. The desirable qualities of Romeo is that he truly loves people, and he thinks that love is really good. The undesirable traits of Romeo is that he falls in love too easily, and that leads to him getting depressed if the other person doesn't love him back.

  23. Romeo falls in love way too easily. Like at the beginning of the story he is in love with Rosaline and then he goes to a ball at Juliet's house and sees Juliet and falls in love with her and in a weeks time they fall in love, get married and kill themselves.
